Art Studio Policies & Agreement

All tuition fees must be paid in full before each month's classes. Missed classes are non-refundable.

• If your child will be absent, please text or call at least a day in advance.

• We’ll do our best to reschedule within the same week if there’s an opening.

• Transfer to another class within the same week is possible if there's an available spot (for the same project theme).

• One transfer per month is allowed.

• All Other Cases (No Make-Up): If a same-week transfer isn't possible, no make-up will be provided. Missed classes cannot be credited, refunded, or carried over.

• The studio may use photos/videos of students/artwork for promotional and marketing purposes.

• If you have specific concerns/requests regarding media use, please  notify us in advance. No compensation is provided.

• Please check the registeration form and check the one of the following

• Full Consent:

  • Photos may be featured on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

• Private Use Only:

  • Photos will be used solely for internal documentation and shared directly with parents

• ​Do Not Use:

  • No photos of your child will be taken or used in any capacity.

Students must arrive and be picked up on time. The studio is not responsible for supervising students before or after class hours. A late pick-up fee of $5/10 minutes will be charged.

I understand that enrollment implies full agreement to these policies.

Please note: Agreeing to and submitting the Registration Form will be considered as legal consent to this policy. It holds the same legal effect as a signed document.
